Freelance Article Writer Wanted: $30/Article; Need Weekly Content

Share

My SEO services company, New Media Words, has an opening for a freelance writer. Following is what I’m looking for.

Requirements/Duties: Seeking SEO content provider to write weekly articles for a corporate success coach. Client gives on-site management and leadership development seminars to corporate professionals. The goal is to help business professionals (mid-level managers) realize their success potential so that they can “lead with passion” and achieve their personal and organizational goals.  Prefer a writer who has experience in this niche, eg, as a mid-level manager who has been through some type of leadership training and/or has been a success coach.

Pay: $30/article; 400-450 words. Articles due every Friday by 5 p.m. EST. Must be able to accept payments via PayPal. Payments are sent weekly. You will be required to fill out a W9, as you’ll be sent a 1099 at the end of the tax year.

To apply: Forward an EXISTING writing sample in the body of the email — no attachments — to info(at)NewMediaWords.biz. I prefer that the sample be in the above-mentioned niche if possible. Unfortunately, I can’t respond to all, so will only contact you if I’m interested in working with you.

Note: Most clients you do business with are ethical. I’ve been “stiffed” in my freelance writing career exactly one time — years and years ago (I’ve been freelancing since 1993). So just know that going in. But as content marketing grows, so will unethical operators. The following posts give some insight into how to protect yourself as a freelance / online writer.
